This policy explains what information Homes of Indiana collects on homesofindiana.us, how it is used, and the choices you have. Homes of Indiana is operated by Wes Johnston, a licensed Indiana real estate broker (License #RB18001276) with Trueblood Real Estate.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or quiz, request a guide, or contact us, we collect what you enter. That usually means your name, email address, phone number, your message, and your answers about the home you are buying or selling.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and the tools built into it (forms, home search, and home value widgets) collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, IP address, and the pages you visit. They may use cookies or similar technology to do it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

To answer your questions and respond to your requests
To send you the information you asked for, such as a guide, listings, or a home value

Text messages

If you check a box agreeing to receive text messages, we will text you only for the purposes described next to that box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

With service providers that help run this website and our communications, such as our CRM, email and text message delivery, and website hosting providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
With my brokerage, Trueblood Real Estate, as part of licensed brokerage activity and recordkeeping.
With other parties to a real estate transaction, such as a lender, title company, or cooperating agent, when you ask us to or when it is needed to complete your transaction.

The text message commitments above apply in every case: mobile numbers and text consent are never shared for anyone else's marketing.

Email

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] and ask to stop receiving emails. We may still contact you about a transaction or request you have open with us.

Third-party sites and tools

This site links to and embeds tools run by other companies, including our home search provider. When you use those tools or sites, their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them.

How long we keep information, and security

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, and as long as real estate recordkeeping rules require. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or system is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some records where the law or brokerage rules require it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
