I'm Wes Johnston, a Realtor with Trueblood Real Estate in Fishers. If you're an Indiana agent weighing a change, this page lays out the two pay plans, the fees, and how the revenue share works, fine print included. Then we can talk.
I'm a working agent at Trueblood, not a full-time recruiter. When you ask what the company is like, what the lead program really does, or what a normal month costs, I answer from where I sit.
Most brokerage pitches lead with the lifestyle and leave the money for later. I'd rather put the money first. If the numbers don't work for you, you'll know in ten minutes, and so will I.
Trueblood provides leads to its agents. These are closed results on those company-provided leads, not total brokerage volume.
Source: Trueblood Real Estate company data, provided by its chief operating officer. 2025 is the full year; 2026 is year to date as of September 25, 2026. This is company-wide history, not a promise of leads or income for any one agent.
Both plans include workspace, conference rooms, and a Follow Up Boss subscription. You pick the one that fits how you work, and you can switch later.
A flat annual cap, paid in monthly installments.
A split that tapers once you hit the cap.
The company's recruiting materials also state that errors and omissions insurance is included.
Trueblood pays a recruitment revenue share to agents who bring other agents to the company. The recruited agent's plan and fees do not change.
20% of a recruited agent's company revenue, up to $2,400 a year per agent on Plan 1 and up to $2,700 a year on Plan 2.
10% of company revenue from agents your recruits bring in, up to $1,200 a year per agent on Plan 1 and up to $1,350 a year on Plan 2.
Paid for each active recruited agent, at the later of their 90-day anniversary and at least two pending transactions.
Access to company lead programs, including Zillow Flex live phone transfers, with training from experienced local Realtors on working them. Lead splits follow the lead schedule above.
One-on-one coaching with the company's Sales Director at no added cost, a full-time agent trainer, guest trainers, regular team meetings, and a library of recorded sessions.
A Follow Up Boss subscription on both plans, plus the company's Curaytor partnership for websites, social ads and email in Central Indiana.
Zillow Media Experts for photos, 3D tours and floor plans, plus an in-house media director with discounted photo, video, Matterport and drone work.
A hybrid model: a modern office with meeting rooms and private offices, and cloud tools so you can work from anywhere. Offices in Carmel, Fishers, Fort Wayne, Evansville, Lafayette, South Bend, Bloomington and Northwest Indiana.
Agents are independent contractors, not employees. You run your business your way, and there is no payroll, benefits package or performance review.
One 20-minute call by phone or Zoom. You ask what you want to know, and I walk through the plan terms with you. If it makes sense, I introduce you to Trueblood's onboarding team. If it doesn't, we leave it there.
No. Trueblood agents are independent contractors. You run your own business under the company's license, and you are paid commission, not a salary.
No. Our conversation is confidential and carries no obligation.
Because the first thing I'd ask a recruiter is what it costs. The answer should not take three calls to get.
They come from Trueblood's contractor term sheet and 2026 recruiting materials. Trueblood sets the terms and can change them, so ask for the current plan terms and Contractor Agreement before you decide.
